Picnic in the Park 2013 - Come One, Come All!!
 

The 2013 Picnic-In-The-Park scheduled for June 15

A citizens committee chaired by resident Brad Ricca is now in the process of planning the annual picnic held in Hardy Brinly Park. It was decided that this years event will be held on June 15th instead of the July dates used in the past. Brad and his committee menbers are doing a great job planning a lot of new fun events to make the picnic even more fun than in past years.

A new band is scheduled for this year. The local group "Butch Kaufman and Friendz" will perform in the gazebo from 7 - 9 PM. Butch Kaufman is the former lead singer for the Monarchs, the group who recorded the hit single "Look Homeward Angel". It should be a fun and entertaining evening. Stay tuned for more information on this years event.

'tis the Season

No matter which holiday you celebrate....Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza....I think you would enjoy seeing the colorful lights that adorn our gazebo in Hardy Brinly Park. This is the second winter for our gazebo but the first being decorated for the holidays.

 A couple of weeks ago a family was seen having a very nice family portrait taken in our gazebo. Now, more than ever, would be a great time to have family pictures taken with the lights in the background. The lights come on each evening at 5:30 PM.
