The 2013 Picnic-In-The-Park scheduled for June 15

A citizens committee chaired by resident Brad Ricca is now in the process of planning the annual picnic held in Hardy Brinly Park. It was decided that this years event will be held on June 15th instead of the July dates used in the past. Brad and his committee menbers are doing a great job planning a lot of new fun events to make the picnic even more fun than in past years.

A new band is scheduled for this year. The local group "Butch Kaufman and Friendz" will perform in the gazebo from 7 - 9 PM. Butch Kaufman is the former lead singer for the Monarchs, the group who recorded the hit single "Look Homeward Angel". It should be a fun and entertaining evening.
